thecompany is a team of creative professionals who took Neil Simon’s “Little Me” to 4 stars in “The Times” in 2007 at the Bloomsbury Theatre, London. The team is now working in Manchester and, as you can see from the front page of our website, won an award in its first year.

thecompany professionals engage young people as though they were a professional company. They work with the best Stage Managers, Lighting Designers, Sound Companies and invite students to work with them too.

Jobs are available for students of all ages. We ask you to pay bed and board if you don’t live close to the city centre, or the residential venue (we rehearse out of the city and move in when we have the get-in to the theatre).
