Nancy’s first job was working for Andrew Lloyd Webber at his prestigious Sydmonton Festival (2005), playing the role of Jenny in the world premier of The Likes Of Us. This was the first show Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber wrote together, the cast included Stephen Fry, Sally Anne Triplett, Hannah Waddingham and Michael Simkins. Nancy can be heard on the cast recording of The Likes Of Us and appeared on BBC Radio 2's Friday Night Is Music Night performing the role in concert. Further credits include Little Becky in the Tony Award winning musical, Urinetown (London Worlkshop), Nicola in Stephen Poliakoff’s Hitting Town, Cinderella in Cinderella, Lisa in Footballer's Wives (ITV), Lucy in Love Me Dorothy at the Edinburgh Festival, U/S Dorothy in the RSC version of The Wizard Of Oz for the West Yorkshire Playhouse.
Nancy also created the role of Chloe for the new Take That musical, Never Forget, which completed a No.1 UK Tour in 2007. Nancy's performance can be seen on the Never Forget DVD filmed by Universal Pictures and heard on the cast recording. She then went on to appear as Eponine in Les Misérables (Queen’s Theatre).
Since leaving Les Misérables, Nancy has gone on to work on independent British films, new writing and other stage works. Roles include; Joanne in What If Like Me (British Film - winner of the Rimini Festival), Shy in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (Union Theatre), Les Misérables (Movie) directed by Tom Hooper, Anthea in Judy The Righteous (Trafalgar Studios and Kings Head Theatre), Sandy in Smile Baby Smile (British Film), Alex in Take Away (short film), U/S and played Leah and Sandra in Beautiful Thing (Arts Theatre). Nancy recently appeared in The Good Person of Sichuan (Colchester Mercury) and has just finished playing Sherbet in Philip Ridley’s acclaimed The Fastest Clock in the Universe (Old Red Lion).
She is also a tutor at W1 Workshops in London.
